Manitoba stages asbestos certification and registration duties
Manitoba's M.R. 108/2025 replaced asbestos provisions from registration on December 4, 2025, including inventory, record and notification duties. Specified certification, business-registration and related duties begin June 1, 2027.
Only the provisions listed for delayed commencement begin in June 2027. The legal registration date differs by one day from the regulator FAQ's description of initial changes.
