Methylene chloride laboratory WCPP deadlines extended
A U.S. EPA amendment effective December 15, 2025 extended non-federal laboratory methylene chloride protection deadlines by 18 months. Covered laboratories have initial monitoring due November 9, 2026, associated protections due February 8, 2027 and exposure-control plans due May 10, 2027.
This extension applies to the specified laboratory duties. Other methylene chloride workplaces follow their applicable schedules.
