Canada's transition to amended Hazardous Products Regulations ended December 14, 2025. Regulated suppliers must meet the amended classification, safety data sheet and label requirements; Health Canada's July 19, 2027 enforcement-policy milestone does not extend the legal transition.
Compliance action remains possible before the enforcement-policy milestone. Provincial employer duties require separate review.
