Carbon tetrachloride WCPP and July 2026 deadline extensions
A U.S. EPA amendment effective July 28, 2026 extended selected carbon tetrachloride workplace inhalation-protection deadlines. Covered non-federal workplaces have initial monitoring due June 21, 2027 and specified protections due September 20, 2027; exposure-limit values and dermal-protection deadlines were unchanged.
The extension covers specified inhalation-related duties. Dermal-protection deadlines remain unchanged, and the applicable condition of use must be checked.
