Perchloroethylene WCPP and July 2026 deadline extensions
A U.S. EPA amendment effective July 28, 2026 extended selected perchloroethylene workplace inhalation-protection deadlines. Covered non-federal workplaces have staged dates in June, September and December 2027; the amendment did not change the exposure-limit values or dermal-protection deadlines.
The extension covers specified inhalation-related duties. Dermal-protection deadlines remain unchanged, and prohibited uses require separate review.
